😊 Since moving to Ireland a few months ago, your kindness and warm smiles have quickly made this place feel like home.
 
⏰ Opening Hours Update
👉 We are open from Thursday to Sunday from 8 am to 4 pm
– and we look forward to welcome you!

👋 We will be closing the Café at the end of September until next spring and from mid-October we will take a little seasonal break
and travel to Switzerland.

💌 As I just got myself a job as a support care worker in Roundstone we will see each other hopefully sometimes during the winter time.

🏡 Our B&B is open whenever we are at home – and we are always happy to welcome guests to share our big house with us.

A timeless favourite! Slow-cooked lamb with root vegetables in a rich, hearty broth – served with a slice of homemade brown soda bread. Pure comfort in a bowl.

Bacon, Cabbage & Mash with Parsley Sauce
A traditional Irish classic – tender slices of bacon, buttery mashed potatoes and soft cabbage, topped with a creamy parsley sauce. Simple, satisfying and full of flavour.

Cottage Pie (or Shepherd’s Pie)
Minced meat cooked with vegetables in a savoury gravy, topped with fluffy mashed potatoes and baked until golden. Comfort food just like Granny used to make.
Turkey & Ham Dinner
Slices of tender roast turkey and baked ham, served with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a rich homemade gravy. A little taste of Sunday dinner – even midweek.

Tati & Kenny

Years ago, Tati dreamed of running a cozy B&B with a little café somewhere in Ireland. Wanting to get to know at least one Irish person, she searched for a pen pal – and found Kenny from Belfast.

Fate had something special in store.

Over time, their friendship turned into something more. After spending the last few years living and working together in Switzerland, the opportunity came in spring 2025 to take over this beautiful house in the heart of Roundstone – and turn their shared dream into reality.

Kenny and Tati love the area of Connemara – with its raw beauty, ever-changing skies, and kind-hearted people – makes it all the more special to call this place home and to share it with others.

Now, Kenny and Tati are thrilled to welcome guests from near and far to Tati’s Bake-Away Café and B&B – a place full of warmth, good coffee, and stories waiting to be shared.

Lovely cafe with a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere, friendly staff, bright and airy, with cheerful decor. We had delicious treats and drinks – great coffees and milkshakes. Will definitely stop off here again next time we are in Roundstone.
